Q. How long does it take to create a logo?

A. After payment is confirmed and the project begins, the first design proposals are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

The timeline may vary depending on project complexity or our current schedule.

If you have a tight deadline, please feel free to contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Q. How do we discuss the logo design?

A.Please start by sending your request through the contact form.

After reviewing your message, we will reply by email and arrange a detailed discussion.

Communication is usually handled via email or phone, where we carefully listen to your ideas, brand concept, and design preferences.

This process helps us align the design direction before starting the logo creation.

 

Q. Is the brush lettering created specifically for each project?

A.Yes. All brush lettering is originally hand-written for each client.

We do not rely on existing fonts. Instead, the calligraphy is created from scratch and adjusted to match the atmosphere of your brand, restaurant, or company.

This ensures a unique logo with character and authenticity.

 

Q. Can the logo design be revised?

A.Yes, revisions are possible.

As long as the overall design direction does not change significantly, additional revision fees are generally not required.

We carefully adjust the design until you are satisfied with the final result.

 

Q. Who owns the copyright of the logo?

A.The copyright is transferred to the client upon delivery.

After the project is completed, you are free to use the logo for your business, including signage, websites, packaging, and marketing materials.

No additional licensing fees are required.

 

Q. Can I cancel the project during the process?

A.Yes, cancellation is possible even after purchasing a plan.

The refund amount depends on the progress of the project.

• Before the first proposal: 100% refund

• After the first design proposal: 50% refund

• After the first revision: 30% refund

• After the second revision: 20% refund

• After the third revision or later: No refund
