“Niboshi Tsukemen Fuugen-tei” is, as the name suggests, a restaurant that serves tsukemen with a rich flavor of dried sardines.

To embody our dedication, we have crafted a logo design that uses traditional calligraphy.

 Concept

At the heart of the logo design is the fusion of “traditional dried sardines” and “innovative tsukemen.”

While cherishing the age-old flavor of dried sardines, Fuugen-tei’s approach to offering tsukemen that incorporates modern food trends is interpreted in a contemporary way through the form of traditional calligraphy.

 About the Calligraphy

The carefully selected calligraphy features flowing curves that represent both the smooth texture of the tsukemen and the robust flavor of the dried sardines.

The variation in the thickness of the strokes, due to the touch of the brush, symbolizes the layered taste infused in Fuugen-tei’s tsukemen, reflecting the historical significance of the characters themselves and the restaurant’s commitment to providing fresh surprises.

 Logo Design Details

The logo follows the concept of being “simple yet impactful,” which Fuugen-tei holds dear.

Each stroke of the calligraphy is well-balanced to express the rich flavor of the dried sardines and the delicate deliciousness of the tsukemen.

The logo also incorporates a suitable level of modernity, designed to be endearing to a wide range of customers.

 Conclusion

This logo design for “Niboshi Tsukemen Fuugen-tei” serves as the face of the restaurant, embracing the beauty of traditional calligraphy while not forgetting a contemporary sense.

We hope that this logo will remain in the memories of our customers along with the delicious taste of Fuugen-tei’s tsukemen and contribute to the beginning of a new chapter.
