Production Flow

Production Flow

by Takuya T ┃ Japanese Calligrapher / Friday, 10 June 2022 / Published in Logo Design
We will briefly explain the process from inquiry to delivery.

 1:Contact us

You can contact us through the inquiry form on our website, by e-mail, or by phone.

Please provide us with the following information.

  • Name of brush characters you wish to have
  • Decoration (family crest design, seal seal design, etc.)
  • Layout (portrait or landscape)
  • Direction of design
  • Other requests

As for item 4, please let us know if you have any similar items from our production examples.

A well-balanced combination of fine lines and thick lines with a hint of puddling gives the logo a tasteful brush stroke.

 2:Estimate

We will provide you with an estimate based on your inquiry.

 3:Payment

If there are no problems with the contents of the quotation, we will ask you to make a payment to the designated bank account.

Once we confirm your payment, we will contact you to start production.

 4: Production begins

We will begin production.

It usually takes 5 to 7 days to propose a sample design for the first draft.

 5:Sample Design Proposal

Once the sample design is completed, the customer is asked to confirm it.

 6:Design revisions and suggestions

The customer checks the sample design and makes revisions if necessary.

The client is then asked to check the revised sample design again.

7:Creation and delivery of delivery data

After the design is completed, we move on to the creation of data for delivery.

We deliver the data in multiple formats to flexibly accommodate the customer’s usage.
