Q. How long does it take for production and delivery?
A. We generally take 3 to 7 business days from the start of production to the first design proposal after payment is confirmed.
Q. How do you conduct meetings?
A. Hearing about the design is done on the dedicated hearing form. We can also hold meetings by phone or e-mail.
Q. What data formats are available for delivery?
A. We deliver in AI (Illustrator) / PDF / PNG file format. Please let us know if you have any other preferred formats.
Q. Is it possible to modify the design?
A. Yes, design revisions are possible. We do not charge for revisions unless there are major design changes.
Q. Are there any additional fees such as copyright fees?
A. We will transfer the copyright to you upon delivery. After that, you are free to use the design as you wish. Please be assured that we do not charge any additional fees other than the production cost.
Q. Is it possible to cancel?
A. Cancellation is possible even after the plan has been purchased. The percentage of refund depends on the process.
- Cancellation after purchase of the plan and before the first proposal: full refund
- Cancellation at the time of the first design proposal: 50% refund
- Cancellation after the first design revision: 30% refund
- Cancellation at the time of the second design revision: 20% refund
- Cancellation at the time of the third or subsequent design revisions: no refund. Please understand this in advance.
